You are not broken. Healing is the sacred path of remembering what has always been whole.

Not feeling quite like yourself?

Your energy has changed. Your body feels different. Or you know something isn’t quite right—but you’re not sure why.

Take our free 15-question assessment for women to uncover what may be contributing and get a clearer idea of where to start.

Welcome to Revival Path

This is not just a clinic.

Revival Path was created for women who know something has changed—but may not know exactly why.

Sometimes hormones are the missing piece. Sometimes physical health, metabolic health, sleep, stress, or the nervous system is asking for attention. Often, several things are interacting at once.

We believe your symptoms are not something to suppress. They are information. By listening carefully to what your body is communicating, we can begin to understand what deserves attention first.

Hormone restoration can be foundational, but our work doesn't end there.

Our goal is to help you move beyond simply getting through the day—to build a body and nervous system capable of greater energy, resilience, and vitality.

And ultimately, Revival Path is about something deeper:

Learning to trust your body again.
Becoming an active participant in your health.
And remembering that healing is not something another person gives you.

We can offer knowledge, medical care, guidance, and support, but your health remains yours.

This is your body. Your life. Your path.

Welcome to Revival Path.

Your Revival Path Journey

  • Erin

    Step 1: The Foundation

In your first year, we walk closely beside you. Through 3-4 appointments per year, combined with labs, we balance hormones, restore vitality, and gently support your nervous system. Together, we listen to your body, honoring what is ready to heal and thrive.

  • Step 2: The Empowerment

In this phase, you’ll move into an annual lab review and gain access to educational tools and guided resources- empowering you to listen, adjust, and respond to your body’s wisdom with confidence. You are no longer bound to the dependency model- you are free.

  • Step 3: The Deepening

If new layers of your journey call for deeper work- you may choose to access “Storyline” therapy services, individualized nervous system work, or future energy offerings as they align. Healing is not a straight line. It’s a spiral. And we honor your soul’s pace at every turn.

Founder & Owner

For years, I worked with women who knew something had changed in their bodies. They were tired, foggy, anxious, gaining weight, losing strength or libido, sleeping poorly, or simply saying, “I don't feel like myself anymore.”

Many had been told their labs were normal. Others had already started hormone therapy and still didn't feel well.

My background as a Family Nurse Practitioner and years of experience in hormone care taught me how powerful hormone restoration can be. But it also taught me something equally important:

Not everything is hormones. And hormones don't exist in isolation.

How you feel can be influenced by your hormones, thyroid, metabolic health, nutrition, medications, sleep, physical health, nervous system, emotional load, and what you're carrying in your life. Often, several of these are interacting at once.

That understanding became the foundation for Revival Path.

My approach is to listen carefully, look at the whole picture, and help determine what actually deserves attention first, rather than automatically attributing every symptom to hormones, stress, or aging.

Hormone restoration may be an important part of that process. For many women, it is foundational. But the goal isn't simply to improve a lab value.

The goal is to help you feel like yourself again.

And beyond symptom relief, I believe something deeper is available: learning to understand your body rather than fear it, developing greater resilience, and becoming an active participant in your own health.

That is what Revival Path means to me: not endlessly trying to “fix” yourself, but creating the conditions for health, vitality, and wholeness to return.
