  • State: Nervous system regulation and emotional awareness.

  • Typical Belief: I know what my body needs to feel well.

  • MILESTONE - Insight, relationship shifts, sustainable physical and emotional health.

5. SACRED WHOLENESS - “I feel whole and complete.”

  • State: Integration of biology, psychology, spirituality, and community.

  • Typical Belief: My body is intelligent. I trust myself.

  • MILESTONE - Conscious embodiment, self-regulation, spiritual expansion, service.
