Symptoms: Feeling physically better, but still seemingly lost, lack of purpose, or negative behavior cycles.
State: Stable, but often disconnected emotionally, socially, or spiritually.
Typical Belief: I guess this is as good as it gets.
4. REGULATED RESILIENT ZONE - “I can finally sustain my health.”
Symptoms: Deeper healing begins.
State: Nervous system regulation and emotional awareness.
Typical Belief: I know what my body needs to feel well.
MILESTONE - Insight, relationship shifts, sustainable physical and emotional health.
5. SACRED WHOLENESS - “I feel whole and complete.”
State: Integration of biology, psychology, spirituality, and community.
Typical Belief: My body is intelligent. I trust myself.
MILESTONE - Conscious embodiment, self-regulation, spiritual expansion, service.
